New work assigned during noticeperiod even if handover is completed and New employee hired. 6. Bonus / performance pay is not paid if employee resigns even after end of appraisalcycle. (day light robbery) 7. Regressive HR policies 8. Micro management right from leadership. 9. Focus is only on keeping employees engaged beyond bandwidth even if it results in nothing. 10.
