Dislikes
There is no work life balance. Company will make youbwork on Saturday ans on holidays mentioned by compang in a holiday calendar and never compensatw you for that. No proper salary structure. There is no fix and proper time for salary payment. Salary payment will be done as per the mood of the company's CEO. If employee reaign from a company with proper notice perios and handover then company will give every stupid reason to not give employee's dues. Lots of pressure.
