Likes

Effective teacher training and skill development of teachers. Very good team work. Proactive staff.

Dislikes

Management has no clue aboutthe education industry. Lack of complete transparency. Appraisal's are poor. No job satisfaction.

Work Details

No formal training, which was quite a challenge. Learnt a lot myself, which helped me grow as an individual.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
