When I first joined One Technologies, the environment was great, and the company felt friendly and welcoming to employees. However, things changed drastically when the new HR joined.

Dislikes

Since the new HR's arrival, they've stopped Fun Fridays, annual trips, and other enjoyable activities. Additionally, they implemented a restrictive policy prohibiting the use of mobile phones. The company's only aim seems to be to turn employees into laborers, requiring them to work for 8 hours and 45 minutes straight without any flexibility. Moreover, the company currently has no substantial work, so they are constantly looking for reasons to fire employees. This creates a stressful and demoralizing work environment.
