Average environment and culture.Teammates are not that supportive and management is 75%transparent.There used to be cafetaria 5 years back.Appraisals are there but not encouraging according to experience and work bonus is also nominal and fixed.

For the last few years some of the higher ups not supportive and do not encourage and treat abusively
