Nainital Bank is a scheduled commercial bank. State run BOB is having 98.57% share in the bank. Bank is running very well and its presence is in just 5 northern states. salary structure is as per IBA norms.

Presently bank is stagnant and not able to compete with other banks due to non upgradation of technology .Salary is based on IBA agreement, no such pressure of work. Learning opportunity is limited. No such travels . BOB is holding 99 % shares and Chairman and COO are on deputation which hampers working, change of frequent policies.
