Too much pressure on staff .. no job security.. everyday a new threat from management.. undhe pressure of work without sufficient staff and infrastructure. No-one is there to listen you but many superior are there to harras you

...AND,HARYANA.HIMANCHAL PRADESH,JAIPUR) Job security is satisfactory as it's a 98.60% subsidiary of Bank of Baroda and one will be getting a handsome salary. Moreover, in the coming years of 2019-2020 there would be ample of opportunity for in respect of promotions because dozens of employees is at the verge of retirement currently. In addition, you will be getting some credit /operational trainings time to time.

Dislikes

Every organization has some pros and cons, so why not Nainital Bank? No doubt, one will definitely feel the pressure of public and If you are a Branch Manager, there will be more pressure of meeting the quarterly targets of deposits and advances. Moreover, you will be responsibile for generating leads for third party products.

...d not able to compete with other banks due to non upgradation of technology .Salary is based on IBA agreement, no such pressure of work. Learning opportunity is limited. No such travels . BOB is holding 99 % shares and Chairman and COO are on deputation which hampers working, change of frequent policies.

Dislikes

Chairman and COO are from BOB and governed by service conditions of BOB ,hence not accountable for working in Nainital Bank . Bank was established in 1922 and total business is app 10000 crore. It is implications of deputation.

Job security is Good but there is no career growth , you may struggle 10 years to get a single promotion. No fastrack promotion. Nothing.

No Fastrack Promotions , No favourable postings . No career growth . No appreciation for good Work.

Since bank is an associate of Bank of Baroda, it has mixed work culture of the both bank. Relations between management, superiors, peers and subordinates are excellent. Salaries are same as in nationalised bank.

Dislikes

Small bank but a beautiful bank. Bank is expanding very fast and the prospect of carrer growth is good
