Its the organisation that is still working on old outdated rules and regulations , working culture here ,for employee is not so good , officails sitting on higher post have a low thinking regarding their own employee , if you just need job you can join but satisfaction , working culture is terrible here .

96 years and still they are in12000 crores business because of their management ,work atlest for someone who cares for their employee first with a wide thinking not such narrow thinking which nainital bank management following. Save yourself by not joining such organisation.

Therefore you will remain in the five states of North India (U.P, UTTARAKHAND,HARYANA.HIMANCHAL PRADESH,JAIPUR) Job security is satisfactory as it's a 98.60% subsidiary of Bank of Baroda and one will be getting ahandsome salary.
