Probably the fact they used to have a permanent WFH situation. It seems like they're resuming WFO, so that's also gone.

- Upper management has little or no knowledge of the day-to-day work - People fight to take credit for things they didn't help in creating/executing - No HR initiatives, low salaries, delayed appraisals - A blame game is played every time there is a client escalation, and it's usually the unsuspecting grinder who is made to bear thebrunt of it - If you do a good job on something, you aren't given any recognition/raise/incentive, just a pat on the back - Even though the company is as small as it is, there is endless gossip and misinformation - No loyalty, if a client has a complaint, your managers won't hesitate to throw you under the bus...Read More
