It had a good hybrid working culture. Salary was on time. Work time is balanced.

No development of career. No significant salary increment or benefits. Office environment is not progressive, it's kinda like you're in the 70s work culture. Management doesn't trust their employees.

The management mainly is by Ritesh Chaudhary and Sakshi Chaudhary. Madam is extremely helpful and takes care of the employees in a healthy way. She follows the open door policy with everyone. She is really the best boss I ever worked for in my 20 years of career. She is very flexible and always ready to help us.

Dislikes

Mr Ritesh Chaudhary is actually a tyrant. He behaves very badly with employees and never thinks before insulting and threatening employees openly and very abusive with language. He fired a lot of employees just on his whims. Right now he is making his family problem directly to the office and started abusing madam and the other employees openly and even threatening employees to terminate if they are not in support with his behaviour. He always wants to run on divide and rule policy and have no respect for teamwork. I just want to mention, those who are reading the negetive reviews about Ms Sakshi Chaudhary, I would want them to notice the dates. The recent ones are almost posted on near about 26 th December and language is almost the same. Any smart person will understand that all those are being written to bad mouth the company and is actually drafted and forcefully and influenced by Ritesh Chaudhary and posted by him only and by the people who were assisting him and were fired on integrity issue to support Ritesh Chaudhary. So any intelligent person will know by the style of writing of the review itself, I wanted to share the truth with everyone so would encourage people to work under Ms Sakshi Chaudhary and not with Ritesh Chaudhary.
