We work rotational shifts, with no room to grow academically.

Dislikes

The pay is poor compared to the demand for work. Working hrs too long and mentally demanding.

Work Details

It is monotonous with little room to gain more skills and knowledge. It is physically and mentally demanding and gives little room for rest. We work long hours with monthly pay is not enough compared to work done.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
