The school offers excellent opportunities for skill development also school promotes a healthy work life balance ensuring that teachers are not overwhelmed by excessive workloads.

Dislikes

One challenge that i have faced that the inconsistency in classroom management support. At times it feels like there is not enough guidance to effectively address behavioural issues which can impact the learning environemnt.

There is no work life balance. Even after working so hard Management has fired 40-50% of faculty in COVID19 Situation. In the name of online classes, they are treating students like auditorium audience. Single teacher is taking online classes of mutliple batchs together. Whereas there i s no relaxation in school fees and all the class sections has 100% seat occupied. Management is taking full advantage of the current situation....Read More

Work Details

School has 8 hours of work. Many Tim they ask to stay extra without any additional perks. They follow sandwich holiday concept. If you leave one minute before the working hours, supervisor will treat it ashalf day.
