We are working 12 to 13 hours daily and some TL's and managers are not supportive they deliberately stop employees to work late and they went home on correct time

Actually there is no vision of company. No culture set yet. Company is like startup post Brookfield acquired it. Finance CFO is running hotel business. This situation can explain how culture would be. Job security is zero. Though i am working for few years but job is not safe at our senior level. Attrition is really high. Around 76%
