1) lots HR will mention about huge incentives during interview call // after 1 month of working you will understand that there will not be any incentives (ie) they will mention some unachievable targets in our personal profile say 10 lakh (which no one will mention untill 1 month end )- the team will give some easy target say 1 lakhand the team manager will keep on pushing to achieve the target 1 lakh ( which is not easy to achieve as ticket size is very less) - finally after achivement of 1 lakh target when we expect incentives for 1st month the team manager will mention about 10 lakh unachievable target in personal profile Basically company is not ready to provide any incentives to anyone 2) they put LOP if u r late to office - late of even 5 minutes will not be spared 3) 20 days - u will have to work for extended shift , something shift will end up at 10.00 pm 4) every Friday login time is 9.00 am 5) only 2-2.30 pm lunch break 6) they will cut your basic pay for whatever reason they want 7) THEY WANT PEOPLE TO OBEY THEIR RULES - VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE 8) they will mention sat holiday, but min of 2 sat u have to work do for sure Those who think of career growth should not choose this company - Maybe people can work for 1 or 2 months for salary - as they mention some high package during interview - which is not going to be credited after 1 to 2 months NO GROWTH, NO APPRAISAL, NO INCENTIVES, NO LEAVES...Read More

Everything thing I dislike about company, while hiring they say it's 5 days working mon-Fri still call on every Saturday....no extra pay for that....fake and worst company....no professionalisme..... don't work here..waste of time...I am not adding the name also in resume.

The company is very wrost. The senior of this company Vanita salhan is very stupid manager and don't have sence how to speak with staff. Her behavior is very nonsence and like a illiterate. And also the hr of this company terminated person without any notice period. If the manager said terminated this person due to reason she is jealous from this person then she(HR) will do. Everything is a sham there. 1. Every course is being made using ChatGPT and there's no quality being provided to the students or customers. This company is only making a fool out of people. 2. Toxic work environment at its best. Management will ask you to sit even after working hours are over. They will ask you to leave only afteryour work is finished. 3. I suffered through serious health issues after joining this pathetic company and they will not provide any medical benefits. 4. No leave for you (not even sick leave) for the first month of joining. 5. Forget leaves for the next 6 months (probation period) 6. The Team Leader will make a pass on every girl and make inappropriate double-meaning jokes. Welcome to the worst HR hiring practices. 7.
