This company has good infrastructure and to learn more about engineering, Because I also joined has trainee 18 years before and now I am a senior engineer this company teach so many things for me and i am so satisfied

Free hand in working. Job satisfaction is good.

Management doesn't assess the situation and people actually who is working. Doesn't recognize. Gives the credit who doesn't work and less skill people sits in top place. Hear third party words and take actions. Good and knowledge people doesn't stay long. No job security.

I really want to say that our KCP Ltd is one of the best engineering unit to learn so much of things from foundry , machinshop , fabrication , all are in one roof for learning this is one of the best company ,100 percent job security in this company, salary is average, but overall we can learn .
