If you wants to take salary without doing your work you just get your boss happy by hook or crook, your work will be given to some other well performing colleagues. Good learning experience for freshers

Company doesn't pay salary on time. There's continues backlog of 7 months since long. Pathetic living conditions without any essential facilities e.g. fan, almirah, AC/cooler, table etc. Even officer at GM level have to share small room with common washroom. No coordination within departments , everybody is at his own. Only two Sundays are off in month.
