Excellent about learning, construction of Yamuna Expressway was a very good experience. With good quality, rigid pavement, construction with in time frame.

If you are hard worker then no issue and job is secure. Working culture was good. Company policy was good, appraisal was fair but it was take some time.

Dislikes

Career growth was slow and new opportunity not come for existing employees

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
