Not good environment and culture. teamates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus eveey year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Supperior, working culture is so good as like a family, now I am missing.

There is unique company not in India even in world, I pray from my God kindly relief to my family from some trouble, because I have serve to this company with honesty above 12 year & arrived IInd largest Cement in India but there was not God in favor. This is not a company it was my family, Now I am working in Ultratech Cement butalways missing.
