good for female staff, I as a female can guarantee this.

Dislikes

not good for carrier perspective, no increment, no appraisal, no festival bonus, heavy penalties on every mistakes, no work policies or ethics, stubborn nature of employer, stressful atmosphere, overall bad for carrier.
