Be cautious while joining this company. Hr may speak very politely and make promises while onboarding but post joining you get absolutely nothing. Project manager treat like you labours. Project manager mr. Satam build his own team of favourites. ensuring only they get appraisals, while the rest of employees are completely ignored and slidelined. Management is not stable. They visit the site and instruct opposite things in each time. Subcontractors hired in cheap rate and they do not perform in this case manager torture the employee.
