As a sales intern trainee in Noida, a friend told me why you joined ITC as my college project. I say to gain experience. As I interviewed for Himalayas wellness they asked me to tell me about your project with an ITC internship. I say everything but the regional manager and HR of Himalaya wellness don't hear me, being a fresher what should I do. I understand that the company wants competitive mindsets to tackle problems but the behaviour of the personnel that impacted me a lot... If someone reads this please have some sympathy with the fresher as we are new to your company..

There are no rules or regulations here. New joiners are not allowed to settle in by their managers. Managers don't go to the field themselves but ask team leaders to visit village areas. We are expected to work 24 hours with excessive travel and no safety for girls. During interviews, they paint a rosy picture, but the reality on the field is different. There's a lot of politics, and old-timers are comfortable in their zones. You can only survive here by flattering them, and no one resolves any issues.
