Timely salary (maximum by 10th of every month) even during the pandemic period

In most of the cases the organization hires you by showing a lollipop that you will be getting a tremendous hike after 5-6 months. But strictly its not so. The average range of salary is 18K per month. The organization have tremendous attrition rate and that's why no experienced teacher can stay in this organization for more than one year. Most of the teachers (more than 98%) in this organization are either freshers or who have joined as a fresher and are staying till date. Moreover the management is highly manipulative as they hire you by citing one specific type of job and after hiring giving you additional jobs recklessly. Hostel facility for male outstation teachers are terrible. This school is good only for freshers and local candidates, not for experienced/outstation faculty as the management gives no values to your experience and they also properly don't know the CBSE rules/by-laws as well....Read More
