The salary is decent.

Dislikes

Management is the most horrible I’ve seen till now. The place encourages se*ual predators to harass the female staff and use them for their games. Management knows how toxic the environment is but does nothing to change it. You’ll constantly be yelled at and blamed for your seniors mistakes.

No Job Security at all. Hire and Fire Strategy. Top Management is least concerned with bottom level employees and Mid Management / Senior Management employees manipulate things and put across the table of Top Management. High level of unimaginable office politics and frequent firing out of people mentioning lack of funds. Kindly do not even consider this organisation even if you are fresher and looking for a Job....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
