Very long shift 17-18 hours and no any extra benifit no service charges And i have 2 year work experience with grand and HR department is very unresponsive they not done my digital signature on in PF and that is pending from 1 year and i am also done mail to the HR they not giving me the satisfied answer and my Hard work money I can't withdraw in my bank account

Very terrible work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive where I worked and the management is like rude Lilliterate. Company policies are very bad and ridiculous, overall the grand new delhi is fake organization if anyone wants to spoil there career then should go there. They are fraud the HR department of there defraud with our Salaries.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
