Everything at the place is so cool and has a work friendly environment. Employees are given maximum liberty to do their work the way they want to. A good exposure to the industry specialists is what the journalist gets in here. The work life balance is manageable, depending on the job role you get in here.

Dislikes

I cannot dislike anything. The learning process is quite slow, the more you ask the more you learn. The internal processes like certifications also go at a slow pace.

Work Details

Overall work is boring as you have to do the same work daily from morning to evening. But the work was interesting for me as everyday I had something new to learn in the industry. That keeps me updated and enhance my knowledge.

Dislikes

when your boss doesn't interact with the team, doesn't know whats happening and doesn't care how the team leader is handling the team. And when your team lead doesn't bother about the well-being of the team even when it is hampering the work quality. When for everything you are expected is via jugad! oh and the HR is handicapped as their hands are tied..!! and they don't ever pay the vendors!
