School has very strong systems in place. You get good exposure while working in school.

Dislikes

Present leadership has no clue how to run the school. No vision at all.

Learning and skill upgradation, the life at school, network of one of the best teachers in respective fields.

Dislikes

Nothing to complain

Work Details

My job included training students for the Math part of SAT/ACT and other competitive exams and the boys here are one of the best in the buisness. With them I had to keep updating my myself, which in turn updated my profile.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Continuous teacher development, great work environment, beautiful surroundings, highly motivated staff.

Dislikes

It's a great working environment, but the working hours can stretch out at times.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
