Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

I worked as Sales Executive in this Company for four months. The salary package was okay and Initially seemed promising, My overall experience is disappointing. The higher management consistently showed a lack of concern for employee's work-life balance and overall health. The pressure to meet sales target was intense, and rather than providing support or constructive feedback, I often felt like all executives are being bullied by HR manager by publicly shouting on the floor in the front of all other Colleagues it felt Humiliating. Unfortunately the work environment is very toxic and discouraging and I felt undervalued and stressed. Ultimately, I was let go for not meeting sales target, but I believe that lack of proper management and support played a significant role in my inability to succeed.
