The company is gud but they are not supporting to the employees on this covid pandemic, company saying from the first day that they not have any money to give us a salary and put the 80% staff on levae without pay.

Very slow growth also compensation is not good. Work pressure is high, No OT for late works , Also no appreciation at work place always follow favouritism

Company is very transparent with the students. Company do not accept any fraudulent document and do not promote it. Working Culture is very good.

Salary Appraisals for Support Staff (Visa Team, Application Team, IT and Admin) is very less and no incentives for support staff.

It's been 2 years with the company in the student services department. There is ample opportunity to learn. If you are looking to make your career in the overseas education industry, this is the best platform to learn and hone your skills. The experience so far has been fabulous. The owners of the company are good people and value their employees. The management understands the importance of growth and opportunities for their employees and has a very transparent policy to listen to their employees and pave their career path accordingly. it seems that TC Global is keeping its Ahmedabad office open merely to maintain a presence in the city. There are no Senior staff, managers, or marketing activities happening at that branch. In Fact, there were only two employees present in the entire office. There are no walk ins or leads provided to the counselors. The reporting manager. based in pune. appears bias to the branch's needs and has been very rude. showing clear bias between the ahmedabad and pune employees.
