New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

After work for 10years no job security management can ask u to leave . management will not give you any reason also. company policy differ person to person

No job security after working day and night for 10 years no recognition only bad politics now. No job security. Management can ask you to leave any time they will not recognise your loyalty your hard work your dedication towards the institution.

Interaction with students and staff. Management needs to be proactive.It is being misled by a few members of the community. Services of many employees have been terminated.

Dislikes

If the school needs to do well,they should employ some important positions back on job,listen to them about how to increase footfall and the staff should be highly experienced in education and fluent in spoken English.
