Management is the third class. Doesn't have basic knowledge but they are sitting on the top. Politics are everywhere specially in old stuff.The HR head and operation head both are dumb and deaf.

Some Doctors are very good. Like Dr. Suman sir, Dr. Tapas sir, Dr. Soumitra sir, Dr. Kalyan kumar Gangopadhay sir, Dr. Sudip sir, etc.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are average. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling.

Dislikes

They don't provide good salary whereas other hospitals provide in this pandemic situation. They put a huge work pressure on nurses. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. The career growth is slow. There is worst condition in the pandemic situation sometimes you have to take 10 ICU patients allocation. I wasn’t associated with the hospital for a long time but the only thing that mattered was probably the Brand image that it was a pretty old established hospital among it’s counterparts.

Let me start. I was called particularly for clearing the accreditation certificate from NABH which I did within 3-4 months of my stay. One should know, I’m from the Quality Department which looks after Quality Assurance & Control in the hospital sector which itself works with a team of Quality personnel. A minimum team needs to be of 2-3 individuals in the Department, be it a 200/100 bedded hospital. CMRI is a 400+ bedded hospital & I was the only Quality personnel trying to manage all the compliances of the hospital. Everything was close to impossible.
