I am working in Technical department and look after project work, civil work and other technical works.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employee Benefits

Provident fund, Gratuity (per year two basics), Two festival bonuses (equal to two basics, 66% of basic of the gross salary) , Profit bonus, Uniform & shoe (two pairs per year) etc.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
