Dislikes

The housekeeping department HOD is a puppet of the owner , owner seems to do whatever the HOD tells. HOD is more bothered about others personal life rather than professional. Just imagine I have worked 6 months over there and , already 3 of the supervisor either resigned or left. They didn't g ave my salary just telling I have taken there uniform</mark>.. For that they cut my 17000 rs. I saved my entire 6 months offs ,to take it when I attend my sister's marriage. The EHK made the life of people hell, who wants to work professional ly. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
