mad owner illiterate manager (8th pass) no proper work process you have to create only 100+ backlinks per day for seo and for content writing team leader says you have to write 10000 words per day using ai tool because company providing ai seo. unnecessary work pressure no fixed working time office entry timing is 10:00am but office leaving timing is depends on manager's mood. no work life balance nothing skill development opportunity every month management took feedback from employees but no one can tell the truth. owner can fire you any time he want. no job security no leave policy, leave approval depends on illiterate manager's mood. in joining letter they will show 24 leaves per year, but that is only in dreams. they don't give you any leaves. no increment after completing one year in this company....Read More

Only good point is they arrange yearly trips to overseas, or if you are lucky enough you can be selected to represent them in the events or business shows.

1. The good reviews are fake, on the joining date itself they will ask you to give 5 star rating on these kind of platforms 2. There is no hr no management. Like everything that they plan is based on their mood. The manager they have is not even qualified to be a manager the company is running based on nepotism. 3. They have a hire & fire kind of mindset, suppose if you are sick and atleast you will need more than one or two weeks to recover, you will be fired. Not only that they have been firing people without proper reasons and instead hiring freshers with no experience, as a result projects are getting hampered. 4. 1. Management Behaviour is very very Bad. 2. It's a Hire and Fire company. Management can fire you at any time, for any reason. During, termination time they offer you a "Job Bond Process". 3. No job security. 4. Uncultured work environment. 5. During, termination time. You will not get your experience and released letter. 6. The company running without "Human Resources" and "Admin" departments. 7. SEO teams are inefficient. They are not following the best SEO practices. 8. During the SEO audit, they will hold until 10 pm. 9. Office politics are very bad. 10.
