There are two categories working in Thapar. 1. Regular 2. Contractual Generally regulars are the teaching faculty and have access to all the benefits, including job security. It also included the old fellas working in TIET (generally don't work) enjoying their union and all benefits etc. On the other hand, Contractual (that's Me) are considered to be low graders at the workplace.
