It's a well-known MNC and one of the leaders in Digital Security. The company in other regions keeps evolving and growing.

Dislikes

The management and role is quite biased in India. A lot of manual work, and biases exist in the Org. The people in higher positions in India are not evolved much to for engagement and team building. If you're hired as a contract emp. it is a big pain as it's difficult to take the perm. position. You're required to work late to showcase you're hardworking.

Though i can write a book but i will cut it short. Employees doesn’t get appreciated for their work you need to massage your manager’s and seniors ego. They will treat you like you are nothing to them. Fir every other week you need to prove your salary by showing the task on excel sheets. You will always feel low and demotivated.

The company's HR department is very bad and Its very inconsiderate towards its employees. Also there hike percentage is very less in the last 3 years and promotions also not there. Main pain point is HR department, the employee struggle due to their policies and don't even think if you can get a favour in case of some emergency,even if you are going to die, they wont allow exception.
