Job Security- It is like a permanent government job if you are a good performer. Your performance are appreciated and recognized. Work Culture- Very good working culture and environment. You can enjoy your work without any burden. Management and company policy- Management is good and supportive but some policies needs to be improvedin favor of the employees. Everything is good about this company but starting salary structure should be improved and revised. Appraisal and salary increment should be fair. During my tenure I find that sometimes appraisal were given on the basis of favoritism. As an HR you can give suggestions only but all the decisions are centralised. I enjoyed my work here and proud to be a part of this organization. It is like a extended family for me. I am solely responsible for the HR department and complete employee life cycle in the organization.
