Overall I had terrible experience in this company.i could not work here for more than one year because they do not need professionals but needs only labor kind of people.This is totally a lala company and I even don't call it company but it is wholesale shop where no work culture,no professionals, no ethics etc.. They can fire you anytime and you will not get your dues rather they will make you pay by manipulating the calculations of your final dues. They may deduct your phone bills also. Once I was traveling to Punjab for business and submitted the bills,in which one bill was from domino's not more than 300 for two persons. They reacted that "were you went on PICKNICK" ? They think that if you work with them you are not human and you do not deserve even lunch or dinner for more than 100. I would not recommend any professionals to join this company but if you are dying without job you can join but mark my word "you will not survive for more than a year. One more thing, if you got the job in some other good company and if they get the information, first thing they will call to that company and will try to cancel your appointment. Dislikes

They will keep eye on you every time, they will watch your computer screen in such a way that you can't notice them, they will hear your phone conversation and if you will go out of office to talk to someone, one fat lady may came will try to hear what you are talking and with whom you are talking.

Work Details

Terrible. Everyday in the morning you have report what you will do today and everyday in the evening they will call you and ask you all day outcome.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
