Everything. The perfect example of how startups behave. Run by a 25 year old boy the so called ameer baap ki aulad, with zero work experience, paid Forbes article and a manipulative products. Take money from investors, reuse them in various companies just to see what works. No job security. It depends on the mood. White labelled same product with different names and cheating the market. Managers like Sourabh , Mridul are the game changers.If you obey their demands you get to stay in that toxic culture....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
