Absolutely company well supported to us when covid-19 pandemic is badly effective. They taking precautions of staffs physically or economically too (when covid impacted everywhere other companies cut down the salaries of staffs but our company never cut down the salaries and that is the great help for us. Also good planning is maintained to fight with covid19 pandemic successfully. Like staff working schedule with vehicles schedule also maintaining successfully. I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
