Few of the teammates and colleagues are really supportive on personal as well as professional front, you learn a lot from them as far as your overall growth is concerned.

The company is not at all open to innovation and new ideas. Also,they do not provide adequate exposure to the working professionals. All the while they would involve you in activities which are nowhere close to the title you are being appointed for.The management and HR also turns a deaf ear to your work related problems because they already have staff who are self sufficient for the purpose. They mainly keep you as a reserve and under utilise you as the present staff are all 40-50 years old who's been working for more than two decades and the company knows very well that there expiry date is reaching near so they hire to create substitutes so only if you want to be utilised occassionally and remain unutilised majorly to waste your skills and degree please apply and work for this company or rather join the company if you're patient enough to kick start your career after 10-20 years of joining the company....Read More

Office is good, ERP system is good and straight forward.

Dislikes

Understaffed team, time is always wasted on unnecessary zoom meetings. No support from management during tough times. Management explicitly asks to work even on Sundays while they never hire enough people to get the work done. Then the blame is on the staff at the time of appraisal and poor increment is given based on this. Would not recommend this company for a long term career. Only good for 1-2 years....Read More
