Only few seniors are good.

Work culture and system are very old method SOP and policy are not followed . Manpower for tailor door to door we have to go on Sunday and everyday afternoon,evening after working hours. Increment is only 5 %,no PF, Medical benifit only 75,000 fixed. New staff there is no job security, dirty politics. employees who are serving due to long tenure there is no salary growth.

Understaffed team, time is always wasted on unnecessary zoom meetings. No support from management during tough times. Management explicitly asks to work even on Sundays while they never hire enough people to get the work done.
