They managed to get me previous review deleted from this platform rather than improving, imagine working and expressing yourself at such place. So i am here again to make sure people know about this too. Cons : 1) Hidden HR policies, if you are coming from corporate type organizations , you better be clear with policies before joining. 2) Unclear Medical policies 3) Management lacks decision taking abilities and junior fellas has to bear the results, if you don't, you are incompatible to the job. So 4) Lastly you need to know that there are 2 founders, younger one is egoistic and full of himself. When he speaks you only listen, no talks.
