There is nothing to like. Once you go to office, you must be ready to get terminated any day any time. Always keep an alternative job ready for you.

Dislikes

Every day you must keep your finger crossed. Anytime, you will be relieved for flimsy reasons. No chance will be given - lower position or higher position - It makes no difference. Very few people sustain for more than a year. (Buttering people survive) You cannot question any of your superiors
