The only issue which is becoming a major concern nowadays is Indian Managers are not maintaining the Swedish Culture Values and in turn applying their so called best practices which is not helpful for organization reputation. 1.Manager's with micro management attitude.( Hopefully now it might be changed) 2.No work life balence.Dont even think about in the department which i worked.Overall the company culture is good, but the department i was deployed having lot of issues.You are not allowed to change the department. While ask for a change, you will be asked to leave the company or stay in the same position. 3.All over the world 5 days work 2 days off.But some departments not getting that benefits.For the sake of 2.5 hours you need to go 6th day all week. 4.Who ever works hard, will continue in that state only. i.e no recognition, No better appraisal ( not even called me for that) 5. All the credits will be snatch from you and will leave just like curry leaf. 6.Office politics were at the peak during the time 2017- 2022 . Hopefully conditions might be changed after the management re-formation.Hopefully Culprit is now awarded with industrial manager's position and doesnt seems to have good future there.Even senior skilled employees from our team has left due to the politics.( Ask for the number of employees left from engineers positions and related jobs in the recent past🧐) 7.Hight pressure work with mental torture. 8.Earlier during my tenure, You have to Work on the machine during duty hours and the documentations works need to ne completed from home This was the strict instruction from the manager. Even you cannot open the lid of the Laptop (How the hell we have to trouble shoot? Program logic will be visible in the sky?) .( Go to hell if you think of Work life balence🤫) 9.No proper training (previous manager thought that It will be a waste of time) 10. Employee have communication channel only when they enters the company and while leaves the org. Th<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">ere is no proper channel to communicate the manager's issue with the top management. 11</mark>. Salary was below the salary level of a customer company offers to the production executive with same years of experience. No benefits of OEM( Original Equipment Manufacturer). 12.Manager and his pets will have all the benefits and perks even when you work with sleepless nights. 13.Over pressure, Blaming, Unsupportive behaviour,Delimited growth and perks ( Not provided health allowance for 1.5 years since manager not mentioned my name on the list to HR) still survived 6 years. There were the few issues i faced. There are a lot more, but dont want to make it as an essay.
