Horrible experience, worked almost for 18 months and felt exploited

Terrible, they even don't pay wages that the commit in offer letter. They will make you work 6 am to 11 pm non stop.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing is good, they treat u as a labourer.

Dislikes

They don't need employees they need donkeys, even if u leave this company they will not give you your experience certificate, they don't give salary as per Delhi norms, even if u don't have any opportunity and u want to got for this company, never thought about this, all employees working in the office are not happy with work life and management. No one stays in this company more than 2-3 months.

No Training provide what they technology using in 4 month.

Dislikes

They deduct 2 month salary and also harsh the people late night meeting after 12 hr working. When you join this company HR will tell about company and every point they finish on deduction of salary and their you will see all new joiner because after 2 and 3 month you will not survive their.
