Food and functions.

Dislikes

No skill development training provided to employees. Zero Career growth. No increase in the knowledge. Less than 8% hike annually. We were working for 12 hrs everyday. No personal life.

Work Details

It was hectic. Everyday was like a pile of cases from yesterday plus a pile awaiting today. A lot of useless paperwork. No advancement in personal technical skills as no training provided.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
