One of the best thing about testhouse is that they take freshers into this field and give good trainings and experience in high level project.and Testhouse is a wonderful company as they feel like family. Testhouse helps employees to upgrade their skills and certification which enable one employee to be highly skilled. Good companyfor learning and many on-site opportunities. Only drawback is low salary. But it's alright compared to the trainings and new skills taught by them. Good projects. Seniors are very helpful with KT sessions. Low salary. Appraisal also low amount. For freshers they give a very low amount like 10k-16k. To live in metro city and with the low salary it's difficult. They won't give wfh and with this low salary it's difficult to stay in trivandrum city and go to office. Heartless higher authority- if you are sick or tired or anything happensin life. No one cares.At end of day they want the testcases to be executed maximum and reports.No consideration is given to anyone. Work is work. But it's ok all will learn work life balance. Sometimes there is high pressure and stress given to junior employees by managers to complete the task.well, it depend on the Test lead handling the projects.Some managers are friendly, Some are not. Hope you will get amiable test lead. My advice to junior joiners. Testhouse is good...just learn with their training. Don't easily mingle with everyone. Be harmless as doves and wise as serpants.
