Working at textbook is a great fun. The best part of Testbook is its friendly working environment.

They do partiality in the employee who is the favorite employee and increase the salary first. No growth increment fast.

You can work in different departments or skill sets simultaneously.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. They won't recruit people even if the workload increases. They will ask the existing employees to work extra time unless the work is done & won't pay them any overtime compensation. Sometimes you may have to work for more than 14 hours at a stretch.

Work Details

It's really bad here. You can't plan your leaves, even if you plan it way before & ask them to approve it, they will ask you to work on any of your off days or on weekend to get that leave. Most of days you have to work for more than 10-12 hours.
