Tessolve is good company to work, and the managers are working day and night to promote the company manager will treat their employees as their children's... All good projects will get assigned to a linguistic T group. Because all sr people are belongs to the same and those will guide their own T group. Eventually T group is dominating here. others won't get any good opportunities with respect to projects. If the company(team) is not giving opportunity or exposure to you then that's a right time to come out of that team.
