Worst company i have ever come accross. I have worked in 5 different companies. Never seen such company culture. They hire you and after 2 months they don’t get client project and tell you to leave. They start reducing your salary with 50% in first month after notice. There is no job security. They are playing with your career.

Better to take training in design course and take a job. Post silicon don't have good scope and low paying job. Mnc people want more years of experience to get into their job and they prefer IIT or NIT. Here also you don't have a standard growth. Overally, your time will get waste. All good projects will get assigned to a linguistic T group. Because all sr people are belongs to the same and those will guide their own T group. Eventually T group is dominating here. others won't get any good opportunities with respect to projects. If the company(team) is not giving opportunity or exposure to you then that's a right time to come out of that team.
